Printing receipts from cash book transactions

This app prints payment receipts based on transactions from cash book accounting file. In order to use this app:

• download and install this app (how to install an app)
• create a cash book file or donwload the example ch.banana.script.payment.receipt.sample.file.ac2

Settings and properties

Apps properties

You can set the following parameters through the command Apps - Manage Apps - Params:

• Include page header (1=yes, 0=no)
• Font type

Address

Menu->File->File and accounting properties->Adress to set your adress

Image with your logo

• See Table Documents

Entering and printing transactions

Cash book transactions are entered as usual in the transaction table.

• Transactions are considered to belong to the same group when they have the same doc number.

Printing receipts

• Positions on the line of the transaction group you wish to print
• Menu->Apps->Payment receipt for cashbook
• The program will print the receipt with the text of the description column of all the transactions that have the same doc number.

Example of printout:
