Operation not possible. Maximum number of rows allowed exceeded.

If you see this message, it means you are trying to perform an operation, such as saving the file, which is not possible because you have exceeded the maximum allowed number of rows.

This occurs if:

  • You are using the Free plan of Banana Accounting Plus and have exceeded 70 rows.
The Free plan allows you to work freely up to 70 transaction rows (see details below). Beyond this number, you can no longer save or print.
  • You are using the Professional plan of Banana Accounting Plus and are trying to use an Advanced function.
Up to 70 transaction rows (see details below), you can also try the functions of the Advanced plan for free (more comprehensive). Beyond this number of rows, Advanced functions are no longer available.

What is the maximum number of rows allowed to try all functions?

  • Up to 70 transaction rows in the Transactions table.
  • Up to 20 rows in the Budget table.
  • Up to 20 rows in the Invoices table or in the Estimates table in the Estimates and Invoices application.
  • Up to 70 rows in the Addresses or Library applications.

If you exceed the indicated number of rows, you can no longer save, copy, or print the data (Free plan), and this error message is displayed.
Even in the Free plan, there are no limits to the number of rows in the Cash Book (Cash Manager) or in the Time Sheet, which can be used without limitations.

I bought a subscription. Why do I see this message?

  • You bought a subscription but did not enter the email in the program.
  • You entered the license key of a previous version (not valid) into Banana Accounting Plus.
  • You changed your computer and reinstalled the program without re-entering your email.
  • You bought a subscription to the Professional plan and are trying to use a function from the Advanced plan.

  • Your subscription to Banana Accounting Plus is expired.

Solutions

  • If you have already purchased a subscription, make sure you have entered your email through the Help menu > Manage Subscriptions command.
  • If you want to continue using Advanced functions, upgrade now: it's very easy, and the cost is automatically prorated.
  • If you haven't purchased a subscription to Banana Accounting Plus yet, you can do so directly from the pricing page.

By entering your email into Banana Accounting Plus, the program recognizes the subscription you purchased, and you immediately switch to full mode. The entered data is kept and saved.
