Each user can install Banana Accounting Plus on up to 5 of the devices he personally uses, always activating the program with his registered user email. You can then, for example, install it on your desktop computer (at home or at work), on your laptop, on mobile phones, etc. The conditions of use always remain valid.
Companies with more than one person using Banana Accounting Plus, must purchase a subscription for each user. For more information visit the Multi-user page.
Banana Accounting files (.ac2 format) can be saved locally on your device, on a USB stick, or on a Cloud service like iCloud, Dropbox, or Drive.
Saving on the Cloud allows both a single user and multiple users to access and modify the file (however, it's not possible for two users to make changes to the same file at the same time). Cloud storage simplifies access for multiple users to the same file from different devices and workstations (desktop computer, laptop, etc.).
