Both the subscription and the payment are annual. If you wish to cancel your subscription at the end of the 12 months you can do so by simply logging into your user account and disabling the auto-renewal default setting. Alternatively, you can also contact our customer service and asking us to cancel your subscription renewal.
- For purchases from Switzerland → Log into your user account and disable the auto-renewal default setting.
- For international purchases → International purchases are made to our partner MyCommerce (Digital River).
- Login on your MyCommerce (Digital River) account
- Click on your subscription Reference number
- Click on the Cancel subscription button
