The license for Banana Accounting 7 is valid only for the operating system for which it was purchased. With Banana Accounting Plus, the subscription is valid on any operating system. - Is the Cash Book free in version 7?
In version 7, the Cash Book is not free. You need to switch to Banana Accounting Plus. - How to switch from one accounting type to another (e.g. from accounting without VAT to one with VAT)
You can switch from one type to another using the Convert file command from the Tools menu. The program creates a new file that must be saved with a name, keeping all previously entered data and adding (or removing) the typical columns of the new type. - Does Banana Accounting handle invoicing or inventory?

With Banana Accounting Plus, it is possible to install the program on up to 5 devices for personal use. - In the printout of the Enhanced Balance sheet with groups, costs and revenues have a minus sign before the amount. Why?
Check in the Accounts table the BClass which must be 1 for Assets, 2 for Liabilities, 3 for Costs and 4 for Revenues. Also check in the Section column that there is 1 on the Assets title row, 2 for Liabilities, 3 for Costs, 4 for Revenues, 01 for the customer ledger, 02 for the supplier ledger, 03 for Cost centers and 04 for Profit centers. - Password recovery
