Causes
When creating a PDF that is supposed to include one or more attachments, it may happen that during the document generation the program cannot find one or more attached files.
The possible causes are the following:
- The attachment file is not located in the same folder as the accounting file or in one of its subfolders.
- The specified path does not exist.
- The attachment file exists but cannot be opened due to permission or access restrictions.
Solutions
To resolve the issue, ensure that:
- The attachment file is located in the same folder as the accounting file or in one of its subfolders.
- The attachment file exists and has not been moved or deleted.
- You have the necessary permissions to access the attachment file.
- The attachment file is not open or locked by another application.
