    This predefined multi-currency template provides a ready-to-use example for working with Banana Investment Accounting and its Investment Accounting Extensions. It includes an Items table with examples of shares and bonds, a Transactions table with the columns required to enter the Item, Quantity, and Unit Price, and an Accounts table with sample accounts for recording investment transactions, including realized investment gains and losses, bank charges, and exchange rate gains and losses. The template also includes the Exchange Rates table for managing investments denominated in foreign currencies. The Item Price is configured with a precision of 12 decimal places.

    Use for your accounting

    This template is conceived to experiment with the Portfolio extension and it contains example of investments and transactions. 

    The accounts list is very limited, but if you want to use as a base of your accounting simply:

    • Delete all transactions
    • Delete the opening amount in the Accounts table
    • Delete the opening values in the Items table.
