Do you already have a Banana Accounting Plus subscription?
Here you can find all the information about how to renew your plan and continue working without interruptions.

Log in to your user account, go to the Subscriptions section, and click the Renew button.

The renewal adds 12 months to your current subscription; you can therefore renew even before it expires.

Renewal from Switzerland

Banana Accounting Plus subscriptions have automatic renewal enabled by default (you can disable it in your Banana user account). Renewal takes place according to the payment method set in your user account:

  • QR invoice – on the renewal date, you will receive the new invoice by email. Payment due in 10 days.
  • Credit card – your card is charged on the renewal date. You will then receive the invoice (already paid) by email.

Payments are managed by PostFinance – Banana.ch does not see or store your payment information.

Attention: if the credit card cannot be charged, you will receive an email with a QR invoice for payment. You can still log in to your Banana user account and choose another payment method.

Renewal for international users

As of January 15, 2025, the MyCommerce Digital River platform is no longer in use; our new partner for handling international purchases is Paddle. During this transition year, renewal is not automatic.

  • Near your expiration date, purchase a new subscription from our online shop.
  • Use the same email entered in the program (you can see it in the Help > Manage subscription menu)
  • A Product Key is no longer required. The subscription is activated immediately after purchase.

Payments are managed by Paddle – Banana.ch does not see or store your payment information.
