Payment slip with customised Swiss QR-Code

Below you can see how easy and fast it is to print the payment slip with a customised QR-Code.

From 1st October 2022 payment slips must contain a QR-Code and IBAN as orange (PVR) and red (PV) payment slips will no longer be accepted by banks and post offices.

Print the payment slip with Swiss QR code

If you want to send your customers or members customised payment slips, QR-Code slips must contain at least an IBAN account number and address.

Start creating your Swiss QR code payment slip now :

• Download the ready-made template.
• Open it with Banana Accounting Plus.
• From the File menu → File Properties (Basic Data) → Address section, enter the address and IBAN account of the person issuing the payment slip recipient of the payment.
  An IBAN account must be used. The QR-IBAN account cannot be used.
• From the Extensions menu → Letter with Swiss QR → Letter-Invoice with Swiss QR, start the extension to create the QR payment slip.
• Confirm with Ok... and the QR payment slip is ready!
• Print it now or save it as a PDF for a ready-to-print copy.

The Letter with Swiss QR extension, which is used to print the payment slip with IBAN and address only, allows to print QR slips with the amount and name of the customer.
