Cause
This Item does not exist in the Items table of the current file, but exists in the previous year file.
When creating a new year, it is not recommended to delete an item if it still has a Current Qt. or a Price Current in the previous year.
Solution
- Reinsert the deleted item in the new year file, or if you no longer need this item, remove its current quantity and current unit price from the previous year.
- Update the opening balances using the Actions > Update Opening Balances command.
