No payment extension has been found

Cause

  • You have opened a file containing payment data, but no payment extension is installed.
  • You are trying to use the payment extension to edit payment data or create a payment file, but it is not installed.
  • The payment extension you are using contains errors that prevent it from working properly.

Solution

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of Banana Accounting Dev-Channel.
  • Verify that you have an Advanced plan subscription.
  • In Banana+, go to Extensions > Manage Extensions.
  • In the Installed tab, look for the Payments extension (or pain.001).
  • If it’s not installed, open the Online tab, search for the Payments extension, and click Install on the right.
  • If the problem persists, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the extension.
  • If you don’t see any message and it still doesn’t work, open Develop > Show Debug Panel to check whether any error messages appear.
