You have the Free plan, you exceeded 70 transactions, and you cannot save. What can you do?
If you have the Free plan, once you exceed 70 transaction rows, you are no longer allowed to save or print the file. What can you do to avoid losing your entered data?
- The simplest solution is to purchase a paid plan immediately:
- Do not close the file.
- Go to our shop and purchase a paid plan.
- Enter the same email in Banana that you used for the purchase (you will also need to verify it). See how...
- Banana will automatically recognize your paid plan, and you will then be able to save the file.
- If you have already purchased a plan but, for some reason, the program does not recognize it and still shows the Free plan:
- Check that you have entered the same email in the program that you used for the purchase; if not, change the email in the program (follow the instructions on the subscription page starting from step 2).
- In rare cases, independent of Banana (computer change, automatic OS update, etc.), it may happen that despite having a paid subscription and the correct associated email, the user still has the Free plan. While waiting to contact our customer support, keep Banana open along with your file, and do not turn off your computer.
- As a temporary solution, while waiting to get in touch with us, you can create a new file of the same type as your original one; you can then copy part of the transactions into this new file so that both files remain within the 70 transaction limit. This way, you can save both files (with different names).
