Warning: Debit account segment not found

Causes

  • The segment entered in the Debit column of the Transactions table, doesn't exist in the Accounts table (Chart of accounts).
  • You entered a segment with a different symbol or special character.

Solutions

  • Verify the presence of the segment in the Chart of accounts (either Accounts or Categories table). You can find more information on the subject on the Segments page.
  • Verify that the segment symbol is correct; it should match the one in the Accounts or Categories table. The segment symbol should not contain any special character (such as for example: {}).
