Cause
There have been more than three attempts to open a protected file with an incorrect password and the maximum number of input attempts has been reached.
Solutions
- Make sure that the caps-lock key is not activated.
- Reopen the file and enter the correct password - after three incorrect attempts, the file will be closed again.
