This account/category already exists

Cause

In the Accounts  table, or in the Categories table (Income and Expenses accounting), you entered a row with an account or category number that already exist.

Rows containing a repeated account number are shown as errors.

Solution

  • Go to the row where the duplicate account is located.
  • Assign to the account a different name or delete the row.
