    • This BananaApp exports the accounting data to an Austrian Audit file in XML format.
    • It is a Beta version.
    • We would therefore like to receive your feedback.
    • It is important for us to know whether you have used the app and whether it works properly.
    • This BananaApp has been developed as open source software.
      Source and license can be found in the GitHub repository.
      Feedback and ideas are welcome.

    Installing and using the Audit file App

    1. Download and install the Banana Experimental version
    2. Open the Banana program and your accounting file
    3. Menu Apps -> Manage apps...
    4. Choose Country Austria and language de
    5. Choose the Export to Austria Financial Auditfile (BETA) app
    6. Click Install


       
    7. Confirm the installation

     

    Accounting file preparation

    • Open your accounting file in Banana Accounting and go to File and accounting properties from the File menu.
    • In the Accounting tab, enter the start and end dates of the accounting.


       
    • In the Address tab, fill in the address and company information completely.

     

    Using the Auditfile BananaApp

    • Open your accounting file in Banana.
    • From the menu Apps: execute the BananaApps Export to Austria Financial Auditfile (BETA).
    • Select the folder on your computer where you want to save the XML output.
      By default, the App creates a file with the name "Auditfile_OECD.xml".
    • Indicate whether you want to view the created file immediately or not.


       
    • The accounting data is exported to the file you specified.
    • To view the xml audit file content, you can use your internet browser (drag and drop the file into the browser).
