A quick tip after updating
In some rare cases, updating your operating system may require you to reactivate your subscription. If Banana Accounting Plus opens with the Free plan, simply go to Help > Manage subscription and re-enter the email address associated with your subscription.
Are you using Banana Accounting 9 or an earlier version?
Banana Accounting 9 has not received updates since 2019, while earlier versions reached the end of their development lifecycle even sooner. For this reason, we cannot guarantee their compatibility with the latest Apple operating systems or provide technical support if problems occur.
You can continue using these versions, but please be aware that compatibility issues may cause the program to close unexpectedly, with the risk of losing unsaved data.
What do we recommend?
- Upgrade to Banana Accounting Plus to benefit from ongoing updates and support. Your files are fully compatible, and the program works in much the same way, making the upgrade quick and easy.
- Prefer to continue using your current version? We recommend taking extra care after operating system updates and regularly backing up your files.
Our commitment continues: keeping Banana Accounting Plus up to date so you can focus on your work, even as technology evolves.
