The management panel has minimum of seven columns.
The first three columns are common to all the languages.
The first column is the node id, the second is the priority and the third are the notes.
The table is ordered by the priority, from the top: Highest, High, Medium, Low, Lowest and Not set.

Columns

Each language has 4 columns.

TO stands for Translation Outdated, NW stands for Needs Work and NT stands for Needs Translation.

The symbol ✔ means the flag is active, the symbol ✖ is not active. All the fields are a link to the edit page.

If the translation does not exists instead of the title we will find the link to add a new translation (All the languages will have english as the translation of origin, aside for english that will be italian).

Notes

When editing a node in the side panel Banana we will find the field Notes.
This field is shared between all languages

You can write whatever you want but the format  date / language / text is preferred.
You can copy the line example where the date is always the current, but the language is fixed to en.

Notes

Needs Work (NW)

Needs Work is a flag to signal that the page is not complete or needs review and it's bound to the language.

NWNeeds work

Needs Translation (NT)

This flag signals that the page needs translation and is shared between all languages. Use it when creating new pages and the translations do not exist yet. If is set in a language will be also set for the others.

If you create a translation for page with this flag on, you should leave the flag on and add a comment in the [format date / language / Done]. Once there is such a comment for each language that needs a translation the flag can be removed.

Translation Outdated (TO)

This flag signals that the page translation needs an update.

Translation outdated

You can flag the languages that need to be updated in the banana panel.

TO flags

For example: you modify something in a page and the other languages need to be updated.

Write in the Notes what needs to be updated, set a priority and check the boxes of the languages that need to be updated.

When the node is saved, in the other languages, this field will be turned on they will be listed in the management page.

Once the translation is updated the flag can be removed as it is not shared between languages.

You need to remove it from the translation tab.
