This account/category already exists

Cause

In the Accounts table, or in the Categories table (in the Income and Expenses accounting plan), you entered a row with an account or category number that already exist.

Rows containing a repated account number are shown as errors.

Solution

  • go to the row where the duplicate account is located
  • assign to the account a different name or delete the row
