When is this message is displayed it means you cannot save the files that have more rows in the Transactions-table than the indicated number.
Instead, you can perform most of the other operations.
Causes
This message is indicated when:
- You are working in Starter Edition mode (without license key).
- The license key does not allow the use of this accounting type or application (for example, does not allow the multi-currency application).
- The license key is limited to a particular language and the accounting file is not in the language of the license.
The creation language of the accounting file can be deducted from the column headers or file properties . - The program language (Texts in the menu, etc.) is not in the language of the license code.
- You are not using the last version of the software.
Solutions
To verify what type of license you have, please go to Manage license code.
Staying within the fixed limit:
- Use the program without going over the indicated limit.
To go over the indicated limit:
- Request a license key that allows unlimited use.
- For point 2: convert the file into one supported by the license (such as, converting into Double-entry accounting without multi-currency).
- For point 3: convert the file in the language of the license.
- For point 4: change the language of the program .
- For point 5: Download and install the last version of the software.
