- Better interpret accounting data through clear and dynamic charts;
- Make informed decisions based on up-to-date visual analyses;
- Transform accounting into a management and strategic tool, not just a recording tool.
Budget
The Budget function allows you to plan costs and revenues in advance by simulating the future performance of your accounting. You can set up an annual budget in the Accounts table, or have 360-degree planning with specific details by period using the Budget table, where you can record planned operations as transactions and obtain forecasted balance sheets by month, quarter, or year. It is an ideal tool for creating budgets, comparing forecasts with actual results, and monitoring the financial sustainability of projects.
Cash Flow
The Cash Flow shows expected or actual cash flows over time, based on accounting data.
It helps you understand how liquidity changes, when you will have cash surpluses or shortages, and whether incoming funds will be sufficient to cover future expenses.
With the projection function, you can view your financial situation in advance and make informed decisions to better manage liquidity.
Charts
The Charts function transforms accounting and budget data into intuitive visual representations.
You can create bar, line, or pie charts to analyze trends in revenues, costs, liquidity, or other accounting indicators.
Charts make it easy to compare periods or categories and help communicate results in a clear and visual way.
