We are looking for a part-time Marketing & Content Specialist for our marketing team to manage the Dutch market.

 

About us

Banana.ch is a private and self-financed company that has been operating for over 35 years and develops accounting software for small businesses, associations, individuals, and educational institutions. Our software, Banana Accounting, is a market leader in Switzerland and is used in over 180 countries. We have already been active in the Dutch market for years and aim to increase our investment in this country.

Main activities

  • Managing contacts with key clients, partners, local resellers, and schools.
  • Implementing marketing strategies to acquire new customers according to the Product-Led Growth approach.
  • Creating and optimizing marketing content in Dutch (templates, blog, newsletter, ... ) in line with our user-centered service philosophy.
  • Writing and updating the software documentation in Dutch.

Required qualifications

For this position, we expect you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, or a related field (with accounting knowledge).
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language and culture (native speaker).
  • Hands-on experience in content marketing or similar fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of Italian would be a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Web-oriented writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a team, and also work independently.
  • Passion for innovation, empathy, flexibility, and good understanding of user needs.

Additional skills are an advantage:

  • Professional experience in the accounting sector.
  • Knowledge of other languages.
  • Experience with Banana accounting software.
  • Experience using webinar tools.
  • Knowledge of CMS (Content Management Systems).
