The verification code is not valid.

Cause

The code you entered is incorrect or has expired.
Normally the verification code is valid for one hour. If it has expired, you can request a new one.

Solution

Request another code to be sent to you:

  • The verification code has a temporary validity.
  • After 1 hour or 3 failed attempts you will need to request a new one
  • Go to the Help menu > Manage subscription, and click on the link Request a new verification code.

A different code will be sent to you. The previous one will no longer be valid.
