Cause
This message is displayed when using the Create payment file command and the name chosen to export the document is already used by another file.
Solutions
- Confirm overwriting the file in the displayed dialog if you want to replace the existing file.
- Cancel the operation and specify a different file name or another destination folder for the file.
- Rename or move the existing file to avoid the conflict.
