If you no longer remember the password to access your account file, our technicians can unlock the file by deleting the password. Unlocking the file is a paid service.
- For users from Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Email us your request, with the billing address for the service and attaching the file to be unlocked.
- You will receive an invoice for the work of unlocking the file together with your unlocked file (i.e. without password)
- For international users
- Email us your request, enclosing the .ac2 file to be unlocked.
- Wait for our reply in which we will ask you to pay for our service in advance.
- Purchase a Technical Support Unit from our international shop.
- You will receive an ADVXXX code that you must forward to us as proof of purchase
- Send us this code by replying to our previous email.
- We will email you back your unlocked file (i.e. no more passwords).
