I forgot my file password: how do I unlock it?

If you no longer remember the password to access your account file, our technicians can unlock the file by deleting the password. Unlocking the file is a paid service.

  • For users from Switzerland or Liechtenstein
    • Email us your request, with the billing address for the service and attaching the file to be unlocked.
    • You will receive an invoice for the work of unlocking the file together with your unlocked file (i.e. without password)
       
  • For international users
    • Email us your request, enclosing the .ac2 file to be unlocked.
    • Wait for our reply in which we will ask you to pay for our service in advance. 
    • Purchase a Technical Support Unit from our international shop.
    • You will receive an ADVXXX code that you must forward to us as proof of purchase
    • Send us this code by replying to our previous email.
    • We will email you back your unlocked file (i.e. no more passwords).
