We are looking for a part-time Software Advocate for our team to support and grow the Dutch market.

Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key users, partners, local resellers, and educational institutions in the Netherlands.
- Grow and engage the Dutch user community through events, online discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Create, translate, and optimize platform-related content in Dutch (guides, tutorials, blogs, newsletters, templates, etc.).
- Support users by explaining features, answering questions, and helping them get the most out of Banana Accounting.
- Promote Banana Accounting by showcasing best practices, success stories, and new features.
- Collect feedback from Dutch users and translate it into actionable insights for our product team.
- Contribute to improving our documentation and learning materials in Dutch.
- Help execute product-led growth strategies to attract and support new users.
Required Qualifications
For this position, we expect you to have:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (knowledge of accounting is a plus).
- Native-level Dutch language skills and a strong understanding of the Dutch market and culture.
- Practical experience in community building, content creation, customer education, or a similar role.
- Excellent English skills (Italian is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics in a clear and friendly way.
- Experience writing content for the web.
- The ability to multitask, collaborate within a team, and work independently.
- A passion for innovation, empathy for users, and a curiosity for improving their experience.
Additional Advantages
- Professional experience in the accounting or fintech sector.
- Experience creating educational content, webinars, workshops, or tutorials.
- Familiarity with Banana Accounting or other accounting software.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
- Experience with CMS tools or community platforms.
