Price update from July 1, 2025

In keeping with our commitment to maximum transparency, we wish to inform you well in advance that starting from July 1st, 2025, the prices of our Banana Accounting Plus Professional and Advanced subscription plans will be updated. Our goal is to enable all our users to better plan the renewal or modification of their subscription plans.

The added value of Banana Accounting Plus

The current prices have remained unchanged for five years, since we first introduced the subscription model. This choice has enabled us to offer our users the assurance of always having the most updated version of Banana Accounting Plus, while keeping our prices among the most competitive on the market. Over these years, we've introduced numerous improvements, including:

• Updates and compatibility with various operating systems
• Updates in line with new accounting and VAT regulations
• Implementation of new features for faster data entry and error correction
• Improvements in user interface, analytics, and reporting features
• Expanded integrations with various banking formats
• Constant enhancement of our online documentation and video resources

Banana Accounting Plus is a unique, reliable, and highly valuable tool. We aim to keep it accessible, regularly updated with new functionalities that streamline your workflow, and ensure a high standard of quality. Achieving this requires continued investment in ongoing development and enhancement of the software.

What changes from July 2025

Starting from July 1st, 2025, subscription plan prices will be updated as follows:

When the new prices will be applied

For those who already have an active subscription, the new price will be applied on the first renewal date following the effective date. You can verify your current plan and expiration date directly from the menu Help > Manage Subscription within Banana, or by logging into your Banana user account on our website.

It’s possible to renew your subscription before expiration via your Banana user account: renewal will extend your current subscription by 12 months. If you renew by June 30th, 2025, you will still benefit from the old price.

Differences between the Professional and Advanced plans.

Automatic renewal

• If you wish to keep your current plan, no action is needed: the price will automatically update on the renewal date.
• If you wish to change your subscription (for example, from Professional to Advanced or vice versa), you can easily do so via your Banana user account.
• If you choose not to accept the new price, you can cancel your subscription prior to renewal, without any additional cost, again from your Banana user account.

This educational approach has also been supported in Switzerland and other countries, preparing students for the use of accounting software and facilitating their entry into the workforce.
