Cause
- The file from previous year has not been inserted in the Options section of File and accounting properties.
- The file from the previous year has been moved to another location on the computer or has been renamed.
Solution
If a file created with Banana Accounting Software exists for the preceding year, you can retrieve it with the Browse button of the Options tab of the File and accounting properties command (File menu).
