Microsoft is displaying notifications to Windows 10 users reminding them that official support has ended and recommending an upgrade to Windows 11. With the end of Windows 10 support, the version of Banana Accounting you are currently using will not stop working.

Protect your data
If you are still using Banana 9 or earlier versions, it’s important to know that these are no longer updated and may not work properly on the latest versions of Windows 10 or on new operating systems such as Windows 11.
To avoid the risk of data loss, due to potential compatibility issues with newer operating systems, we recommend that you switch to Banana Accounting Plus, which is always updated and compatible with Windows 11, macOS, and the latest Linux versions.

Easy switch to Banana Accounting Plus
Unlike previous versions of the program, such as Banana 9, which are no longer updated, the files created with them remain fully compatible with Banana Accounting Plus, both for reading and writing. When you open the program, you will find your Recent and Favorite files in the new Start page (or simply by opening the file from the File > Open menu); you can therefore immediately resume your work.
