Costa Rica: Plantillas y Extensiones

La sección de Costa Rica de la Banana Template Store ofrece plantillas gratuitas y extensiones específicas para Costa Rica, diseñadas para distintos tipos de usuarios, finalidades y niveles de conocimientos contables:

  • Las plantillas son archivos en formato .ac2, con planes de cuentas predefinidos y algunos asientos de ejemplo.
  • Las extensiones son pequeños complementos que amplían la funcionalidad del programa con nuevas funciones e integraciones. 

Las plantillas también están disponibles directamente en el programa Banana Contabilidad (menú Archivo > Nuevo).

El libro de caja de Banana Contabilidad es totalmente gratuito porque funciona con el plan Free. Esta plantilla ha sido creada para permitir que las microempresas de Costa Rica obtengan fácilmente los datos para la declaración trimestral del Régimen Simplificado.
En comparación con Excel, ofrece ventajas significativas:

  • No se necesitan fórmulas: todo se realiza automáticamente con el programa
  • Puedes obtener un detalle de las compras que hiciste a cada proveedor
  • También puedes ingresar datos sobre tus ingresos para tener un control de tu actividad

Cómo empezar

  • Descarga Banana Contabilidad Plus
  • Descarga y abre esta plantilla con Banana Contabilidad Plus. El programa se abre con tres tablas: Cuentas, Categorías y Registros.
    Esta plantilla ya contiene algunos datos: una vez que entiendas cómo funciona el programa, puedes adaptarlos o eliminarlos y reemplazarlos con los tuyos.

La tabla Cuentas

La tabla Cuentas es la más sencilla, porque el libro de caja presenta una sola cuenta.
Si deseas gestionar varias cuentas, como banco, caja, tarjeta de crédito u otras, debes pasar a una contabilidad de ingresos y egresos, disponible a un costo muy accesible.

La primera vez que uses Banana Contabilidad Plus, debes ingresar manualmente en la columna Apertura el monto que tienes en caja.
En las otras columnas verás el total de ingresos y egresos, y el saldo, según los registros ingresados en la tabla Registro.
Después de cada registro, estos totales se actualizan automáticamente.

La tabla Categorías

En la tabla Categorías se enumeran los diferentes conceptos de ingresos y egresos.

En este modelo se han ingresado conceptos muy simples, pero siempre puedes añadir más si deseas mayor detalle. Esta tabla se puede modificar en cualquier momento del año.
La parte que interesa a la Declaración del Régimen Simplificado es únicamente la de los gastos a través de proveedores, pero puedes usar también los otros conceptos para tener un buen control de tu actividad.

Los Centros de Costes

Los centros de costes suelen estar al final de la tabla de Categorías y sirven para mantener una lista de los distintos proveedores. Ingresar los datos de los centros de costos no es obligatorio, pero te permite tener un detalle de todo lo que has comprado a cada proveedor.

La tabla Registros

Esta es la tabla donde ingresas los datos que luego necesitas para preparar tu declaración del régimen simplificado.
Como se dijo, una vez que entiendas cómo funciona, puedes eliminar las filas de ejemplo.
La columna Proveedor se llena automáticamente cuando ingresas el centro de costes.
Como notarás, Banana Contabilidad es muy sencillo, y cuando empiezas a escribir ya te sugiere cómo completar la fila.

Obtén los datos para la Declaración Jurada del Régimen Simplificado

En la tabla Categorías, desplázate hasta la parte dedicada a los gastos Declaración Jurada régimen simplificado. En esta plantilla se encuentra en la fila 24.
Haz clic una vez en el grupo DJ (fila 27) y luego haz clic en el pequeño ícono que aparece arriba a la derecha de la celda.

Puedes obtener el mismo resultado desde el menú Informes > Tarjetas de Cuentas/Categorías.
En la ventana de diálogo que aparece, debes asegurarte de que en el Filtro aparezca Grupos; luego selecciona el grupo Total Gastos Declaración Jurada Régimen Simplificado.

Durante el transcurso del año, para realizar las declaraciones, necesitarás seleccionar el periodo correspondiente al trimestre.
Puedes hacerlo siempre desde el menú Informes > Tarjetas de Cuentas/Categorías, pero eligiendo la sección Periodo.
Por defecto se selecciona todo el periodo (el año completo), pero siempre puedes escoger el trimestre que necesites.

Obtén una visión general de tu actividad

Si en la tabla Registros también ingresaste los datos relativos a tus ingresos y a eventuales costos distintos a las compras a proveedores, en cualquier momento del año puedes obtener un resumen de cómo va tu actividad.
Ve al menú Informes > Estado de resultados avanzado por grupos
Se abrirá un cuadro de diálogo donde podrás definir el encabezado del informe, el aspecto gráfico, las columnas que deseas ver, etc.
Al hacer clic en el botón Aceptar se abrirá el informe

This import extension allows you to import Banco Central de Costa Rica transactions into Banana Accounting Plus. The extension can be installed from the Extensions menu > Manage Extensions.

Requirements for use

In some banks, the specific .xlsx/csv format may offer better results. In any case, the Advanced plan guarantees a wider choice and maximum results, and also offers several other advanced functions that speed up and simplify accounting work considerably.

Export procedure

Export the *.xlsx file with your transactions by logging into your ebanking.

  • Open the accounts section and select the account for which you want to export movements.
  • Export the movements of your account by choosing the *.xls/*.xlsx (Excel) format.

You can decide whether to keep the file in Excel format and later import the data by copying it from the clipboard or convert it to a *.csv file, if you want to convert it:

  • Open the file and click on File > Export > change file type and choose the CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv) format.
