合并: 相同的增值税代码但是值不同

原因

在尝试合并两个文件的时候，在增值税代码表中找到了相同的代码，但是具有不同的百分比或属性。

解决方案

检查两个文件的增值税代码表，并调整它们之间的最终差异。
