This license key results as non valid.
Causes
- Maybe you copied the license key incorrectly
- Maybe you are trying to enter the registration key instead of the license key
- Maybe you are trying to enter a license key of a different version from the one installed on your computer
- Maybe your are trying to enter a license key for a different operating system from the one where the program is installed (Window, Mac, Linux). If for example you purchased a license key for Windows, it will not work on a Mac (and vice-versa).
Solutions
- Verify that the license key is entered correctly
- Check the correct license key on the original invoice (if you purchased directly from us) or on the yellow flier that was in the box (if you purchased in a store). More information on the difference between license key and registration key
- Verify that the entered license key is compatible with your operating system
