The Basel Newspaper "Baz" writes in a review published on the multi-media page that the small entrepreneurs and the associations, who need professional help, can count on Banana as it is clear, easy-to-understand and being used as Microsoft Office. The author of the article highlights that, with the 5th edition of Banana, one can directly start to work, without having to spend supplementary time in order to learn the program.
In "Azione" (the Migros magazine for Ticino) an interview with Domenico Zucchetti, creator of Banana Accounting, has been published. The journalist writes: "... his bet with the 'New Economy', he won it: his small company's product, the Banana Accounting accounting software, has over the years become a reference for thousands of small entrepreneurs."
Migros Magazine advises its readers in the 'Software-Tip' column to use Banana Accounting 5. Reason: "Easy to use, the data can be transformed into Excel format."
The 15th of July, the Sunday newspaper 'Il Caffè' published an article on how to balance the household accounts without panic and suggests to its readers, among other things, to download at no cost the Banana cashbook, at www.banana.ch. In the article we read:
"... a small and quick software called 'cash book', made available by the luganese company that is an expert in programs that serve to organize, on your personal computer, the household accounts..."
'NZZ am Sonntag' publishes a review about accounting software. Banana, in comparison to the other products, is being considered superior as to its user-friendliness and thorough approach.
Banana Accounting has also been reviewed by the editorial staff of PCtipp, with a good outcome (obtaining 4 mice).

'20 Minuten' (the most read, freely distributed newspaper on the national territory) presents the new version 5 of Banana Accounting on the 15th of March, emphasizing the new function that makes it possible to export all the accounting data to Excel format for review.
In her January/February issue, the magazine of the Swiss fiduciaries presents the new version of Banana Accounting.
Music Media Service tried the new version 5 of Banana Accounting and recommends the software to its public, composed of independent professionals and individuals with their own business in the entertainment realm like producers, composers, small editing houses, etc.
On the pages of the ORF teletext, in the Software News column, there is a review about the new version 5 of Banana Accounting. We read: It was already a pleasure to work with Banana version 4.0; now the programmers have taken the suggestions of the users into consideration with 84 new features and 68 improvements.
The highly respected Italian computer magazine, PC Magazine, published a review on Banana Accounting in its March issue which underlines how Banana permits small to medium size businesses and clubs to create professional financial accounts and balance sheets in a completely independent way: "light but professional software that can be used directly from a CD without installation".
In their most recent issue, the Italian Computer Dealer & Var magazine speaks about Banana since Molinari Snc (vendors of garage equipment) uses it for their financial accounting. The article talks about this company being a prime example of how small Italian businesses are using the latest technology. As far as their daily management is concerned, they use Mosaico Sorgente Aperto from Whag which, however, only takes them to a certain point.
