Conditions for obtaining a multi-license for schools

• The multi-license for schools is an extention of the license for a single user
• The user license for schools implies the acceptance of the user license for the program.
• The multi-license authorizes schools to install the program, object of the license, on all the computers on school premises and used for educational or administrative purposes.
• Teachers (permanent and contracted) are only authorized to install the program on their own computers if it is used for teaching/educational purposes.
• The use of the program for commercial purposes and its installation on computers not intended for educational or teaching purposes is prohibited.
• Banana.ch reserves the right to partially or fully revoke the license for schools and to change its contents.
• In case a multi-license is revoked, the license will be considered valid only for the installation on a single computer

Conditions for obtaining the multi-license for educational/teaching use

• To accept the user license for the program.
• To be a recognized state or private school officially acknowledged as such.
• To be a school organized in accordance with its own national directives in order to comply with regulations and to prevent the unauthorized copying of software.
• To comply at all times with the regulations and directives in order to prevent unauthorized copying of software.
• To purchase a complete program from an authorized Banana.ch retailer.
• Prior to installation, to notify Banana.ch of all the information related to the school.
• At the request of Banana.ch, to provide all the information about the school and the installation and use of the program.
• To allow Banana.ch to make public use of the name of the school and the information about the use of the program, as a reference for other interested parties.

How to obtain a license valid for all school PCs

1. Purchase a Banana Accounting multi-license. To see purchasing options go to page Banana Accounting purchase.
2. Fill in the online registration form. Enter the data of the person responsible for purchasing or installing Banana Accounting in the boxes with the heading "First Name", "Last Name", "E-Mail". Enter the name of the school in the box with the heading "Company". N.B.: it is important to select the box with the heading "For schools", indicating acceptance of the user's license.
3. When you have successfully completed the registration, you can begin installing the Banana Accounting program on all the PCs in the school used for teaching or administrative purposes.
